Windows / Proxifier setup

Before you start

Open the proxy list for your product in the IP123 dashboard. Once deployment is complete, copy the host, protocol-specific port, username, and password. Use the proxy credentials, not your IP123 login password. Use the assigned static connection details directly; do not add country, session, or rotation parameters.

Menu labels can change between client versions; use the corresponding settings in your version.

Set up the connection

  1. Get the client from the Proxifier website. It routes connections by application and destination; check the vendor’s licensing and trial terms.

  2. Open Profile → Proxy Servers → Add. Enter the address and matching port, choose a supported protocol, enable authentication, and enter your credentials. Check whether your product’s HTTP port supports the CONNECT behavior required by the client.

  3. In Profile → Proxification Rules, add a rule for the applications and destinations that need the proxy and select the saved server. Rules match from top to bottom. Keep required local direct rules, such as Localhost, to avoid forwarding loops.

  4. If needed, enable remote name resolution under Profile → Name Resolution. Restart the target application and inspect its process path, destination, and matching rule in the Proxifier log. Redact authentication details before sharing logs.

Save and use

Open https://ip123.in inside the configured browser profile or app, check the exit IP, then visit your target service. A result from another browser does not verify this configuration.

If something goes wrong

For authentication errors, check the protocol, port, and credentials. For timeouts, check the rental status and local network. If the test works but the target fails, check its location, account, and network requirements. See the FAQ.
