AdsPower setup
Before you start
Open the proxy list for your product in the IP123 dashboard. Once deployment is complete, copy the host, protocol-specific port, username, and password. Use the proxy credentials, not your IP123 login password. Use the assigned static connection details directly; do not add country, session, or rotation parameters.
Get the client
Menu labels can change between client versions; use the corresponding settings in your version.
Set up the connection
- Create or edit a browser profile and choose a custom connection in the proxy section. Make sure the profile uses the connection you configured.
- Set the type to HTTP or SOCKS5, then fill in the server, port, username, and password. When switching protocols, update the port to match.
- Run the proxy check, save the profile after a successful result, and open it for your workload. A successful client test does not mean other profiles use the same settings.
Save and use
Open https://ip123.in inside the configured browser profile or app, check the exit IP, then visit your target service. A result from another browser does not verify this configuration.
If something goes wrong
For authentication errors, check the protocol, port, and credentials. For timeouts, check the rental status and local network. If the test works but the target fails, check its location, account, and network requirements. See the FAQ.
