Getting started

Follow this workflow for your first connection. If you have not chosen a product yet, start with the proxy buying guide.

Purchase and check your order

  1. Explore products on the website and select the corresponding static proxy product in your dashboard.
  2. Choose from the available locations, quantities, rental periods, and bandwidth options. Review the order total before buying.
  3. After purchase, open that product's IP list. If the order is still deploying, wait for completion and refresh the list before using its connection details.

Current pricing, availability, and options are shown on the purchase page.

Get your connection details

Find the connection string in the relevant product list. Select HTTP or SOCKS5 before copying the details; different protocols may use different ports.

FieldWhat to enter
ProtocolA protocol supported by both your client and the purchased product
HostThe address provided in your dashboard
PortThe port for the selected protocol
Username and passwordThe exact values from your dashboard, including case and special characters

You can change the displayed string format, for example IP:port:username:password or username:password@IP:port. This changes the presentation, not the assigned proxy IP.

Configure your browser or app

  1. Open the network settings of your browser, browser profile, or app and locate its proxy server settings.
  2. Select the protocol and enter the host, port, username, and password. If importing a string, check the format the app expects first.
  3. Save the configuration, then reconnect or restart the session as required by the app. Configuring one app does not automatically configure other apps.

An HTTPS destination and an HTTPS proxy server are different concepts. An HTTP proxy that supports HTTPS destinations typically creates a tunnel using CONNECT. Choose the actual connection protocol offered by the product.

Verify the exit IP and target service

Open https://ip123.in in the same browser or app you configured. Check the exit IP, then test the website or API you need to use. Checking in another browser does not verify this app's connection.

If the connection fails, follow connection troubleshooting in the FAQ. Account status, location rules, and app settings can also affect access to a target service.

Manage your rental

Check the remaining time and expiring resources in your dashboard. For continued use, review the renewal price and duration in advance. If using auto-renewal, check its status and payment requirements. Refresh the list after a successful action to confirm the result.
